Welcome to Horseland, a little boarding farm tucked in between cool green forests and softly rolling hills (which are all blanketed with snow for the moment!)

Today being one of the days I like the least in the entire year--my birthday ugggh--I decided to cheer myself up by coloring a Horseland custom for each Secundi member. The horse of your dreams is waiting for you at Horseland!

Plans for the future of Horseland are as follows:

With this current event, I want to make sure everyone has at least one Horseland horse they can enter in events. We'll start running comps in the beginning of March, and will attempt to run them every other month.

A week before the comps run I will do a 'tacking up' event where you can request any Horseland horse to have bridle and saddle put on. Horseland horses need tack in order to enter events, but most premades will not be wearing them automatically. Comps are not mandatory, you can enjoy your horses naked and free!

We'll also be doing an event to search for wild horses between now and the comps, since I have some premades that need homes.

Birthday Customs

Ryuu's birthday means a free custom to everyone on Secundi! Please only post one form per user, not per account.

Layers upon layers of visible genes is not something I'm ready to tackle on the Horseland horses just yet, so these customs have a limit of one 'modifier' and one 'marking' per horse. (I'm flexible, if you really want something like 2 markings and no modifier that is a-ok.) Leg and face markings are separate, they don't count toward your marking/modifier limit. And since this is a special event, for this thread I will allow you to tack your horse for free!

You can put in hexes in the form if you want, instead of just saying something like 'bay.' As long as it's natural. (I.e. you can't have a chestnut with a blond mane unless you're using the Flaxen gene.)

2. you said we cna get 2 markings and no modifiers, can we reverse that and get two modifiers and no markings? (not sure the difficulty level there)

@hiyoko: Oh yes, I forgot to put eye color on the form but anyone can edit that in! For anyone who doesn't want to edit their form, my default is to have eye color match the hair stripes color, usually.
