Maybe Ivy meant that each breeding requires a new foaling paddock? Ivy, if that's what you meant to ask, then yes. They are like Kennels beds, for each breeding you need a new one. They are breeding items and are used up when breeding. The difference is that the foaling paddock wíth the newborn foal stays in your gallery to admire forever ^^
