Taking to the skies [World of Sutorn]

Meet my obsession. Dragons. Like seriously.

Anyways, yes. I have another adopt in the works. The first of the sketches has already been shaded, so you can see the style I'm going with here. http://i39.tinypic.com/dff6oh.jpg

The sketches so far are Ironhead dragons, the first two, a Lunar fairy dragon, the third, and a Southern sea dragon - the fourth. Obviously the last two are missing their pairs, but I was hoping to start with at least one of those two and the Ironheads. Later on there will be Hummer fairies and Northern sea dragons, Fire breathers and River dragons (Think eastern). Those are just ones that I have planned, as there will be more along the way.

Each type of dragon will start out with their own colors and patterns, with some more rare than others. However I was thinking of taking a page from the Quinsta and letting them cross breed and share the colors/patterns. For instance, the Ironheads have mainly metallic bodies, showing off colors of gold, bronze, copper, and silver. The patterns are of a darker shade than the body. Their horns are most often silver, cream or off-white, but can occasionally be seen with a dark earthy color. Their eyes show from green to gold, but once in a blue moon you'll find a pale pink or purple.

So, uh... Questions? Concerns? Comments? I'm hoping to let this adopt be a very communal thing, nothing of the sort where your input doesn't matter. This has been a long time coming, and while it will probably be over a week until these guys are ready, I would appreciate feedback.

Finally finished the other Ironhead, if anyone is still interested!


Those of you who are interested, what would you like to see next? Do you want me to work on a completely new set or one of the ones half done (Lunar Fairy or Southern Sea)? Also, would you prefer me to wait and finish more of the dragons or do you want these in the general booths soon?

(I am planning to scale them down a little so they will fit on the forums, but they will be fairly large still)

Haha really Wild? I don't see the resemblance. The wings might be roughly the same size, but that's all I can think of.

Its the face, actually. Lol. They have the same general structure. But it not a problem, cause it only means I'll need to hoard them all XD
