Poor bunny!

I was walking my dog this evening and I saw a white rabbit with black ears jumping around in someone's driveway! With a coat like that, it must be a pet rabbit that got loose.  The house looked like nobody was home. I told my dog to sit and stay at the end of the driveway and started walking toward the rabbit, and at first he ran right toward me like he was excited to see me, but then he changed his mind and turned and ran away and slid under a shed that was next to the driveway.

I didn't want to just hang out in a stranger's driveway if they were to come home, plus I had a dog with me, so there wasn't much I could do.  I'll walk by tomorrow and see if I can find the poor guy again. Maybe he'll stay under the shed.

I hope people like the rex lines   Its based of my real life bun Dumbo, a sable marten standard rex. I have my first now, a mimic of her!

I like the rex lines - used to have a dalmation mini-rex when I was younger, though she was technically my mom's.  My bunny was a mini/holland lop - not sure if she was pure, or a mix, she didn't look purely either; but she was a sweetheart.  Someday, I will get another bunny, and hopefully get one anywhere near as nice

Mini rexes are gorgeous, but I do prefer the more athletic, sharper lines and the bigger ears on the standard rex   But I may be biased  haha

I think they're lovely!  They look like the wild rabbits I used to see in the woods around our old place.

Hehe, mine were both pet shop bunnies, so I doubt they were anything close to 'correct' even if they were pure XD

Our mini rex though was pretty sharp, til she got fat (we ended up giving her to my best friend, when my mom realized she didn't have time to give her as much attention as she deserved - she got fat and lazy after she left us!) XD

I LOVE the rex lines!  Though the dwarf lines are cute too.  (WillowDragon, you should totally color/draw for Lucky Lapine.  If you did, I'd be into dwarf hotots and NDs in a flash!)

Haha!  I had not heard of that site before, just googled it.  Thank you, the rex was actually really hard, because I couldn't make it fluffy, i had to shade it differently.
