So I haven't been as active with this as I'd like. I've just been really down lately. My passions aren't taking home in my art or writing, instead it's comfort food and sleeping. Posting the new animal guessing game seems like a huge chore in my mind. I'm just really out of sorts, emotionally and mentally which then became physically.
For the Capranis, here is what I have been planning. I'm probably going to cut the animal guessing game rounds down. I personally prefer games where I don't have to be too involved, like a raffle or grabbags. I've been considering getting help to run events. But nothing certain yet. Anyway, the Caprani for that game have already been made for like a week now. I'll probably do a few more rounds with them and then use the rest for mini events.
I also have a file with about a dozen Caprani for those mini events too. And then I have another file of Caprani with mutations, also for the mini events.
So I have a question: What kind of events would you like to see? I'm not very good at coming up with them.

Aw, Misplaced. *hugs* Everyone feels that way sometimes, ya know? I think it's especially hard for adoptables owners who do unique lines for all their adoptables. There's a lot of work that goes into drawing, inking, shading and coloring, and we don't get to see all your work, just the end result. It can lead to feeling overwhelmed. I think we've all been there.

It might help to have a set schedule, you know? Tell yourself, "Every Saturday between 10 and noon I'll work on drawing Caprani." Sometimes having a schedule written down, looking up at you from the paper, really helps the feeling of productivity as you get things done. ^_^ Especially when you have a list of things to do and you get to cross those things off as you get them done. That is a good feeling! lol.

I think once you get the pairs done for the kennels and start the shows/comps, you might get into the swing of things and feel better. I know people are really looking forward to a shop where we can interact and do regular events with our caprani. ^^ If you need help with the shows/comps, I would love to help out. I used to help run The Kennel dog comps when it was an active adoptable here. The results were all generated with dice rolls, so it wasn't that difficult to run once we got it going.

My favorite of the new lot is Mischief Maker! What a great play-bow pose...and that expression! lol.

Ryuu- Hmm, it's not that I'm overwhelmed by the work. It's a general feeling of being listless and unable to focus. It's related to other things. It is harder to get them done quicker when I have to individually draw them, but I would still feel the same way if they weren't. But I am feeling better now and more energetic.
I'm excited about events too! I'm planning on using random numbers for caprani. I'll contact you if I need help. Which I probably will, haha.

New Kennel Pairs and one new mini event is open!
The ID system has been changed so it's easier for me to select files. Old IDs are still the same, unless you want it to change, then you can pm me. The genders have also changed to billy/nanny but you may refer to them as male/female, boy/girl, whatever. billydog and nannydog are still terms that can refer to the species as a whole.

Also! There will be breedings once I get done everything owed, that will be the time to claim your breedings if you get that as a prize. I will explain 100% part at that time.
Breedings will also be done differently than in the capranis info post in the notary office. Pup keeping policies will be changed. All this will be updated when the first breeding session comes.
Since these are more breeding objective than the marblings, I want to do them first since the marblings will take up some time with all their stages and complex shading. I'd like to get the second generation of caprani up so they can grow and show while I tend to my other adoptable. So, what I'm saying is, plan on at least two pairings.
