Male has the fluffy chest I know the female looks a bit larger than the male, though.

I guess to me it wasn't so much the size, but the pose.
The female seems to be in a masculine strong assertive pose
while the male is in a feminine gentle flirty pose

Dog mimic for Jojo!

I hope you like him. He's a dog mimic, I was going for a fawn and white greyhound coat color... but it was more of an inspiration for him.


So should I fix the poses and add fluff to the (current) girl and take it away for the (current) male? Or do you guys think I should leave them?

I thought the same! Both because of the size (female is quite a bit larger) and the pose (to me a playful female and a proud male makes more sense than the other way around)

Although there were two days left, I'm going to go ahead and end the voting. If you didn't get your vote in, sorry.

The gryphs will be called the Woodland gryphs. I'm going to keep working on their backstory, but I feel this name fits them the best. It was personally my favorite name (I didn't vote though, so since it was ahead the entire time of voting, I'm going to say that most people liked that one too).

We'll give more information about this new breed in a few weeks. These mischievous little guys will be making an official entrance soon   In the mean time, sit tight. I might post some quick adoption things here when I'm not busy (but this week is so busy XD)

Yeah, the originals are pretty awesome:) Silv did an amazing job on them. And although the Woodland gryphs are a different art style, I think it'll fit with their personality. They are going to be much smaller than the originals, and they will be very ... silly, getting into trouble, fun-loving. The originals have a more serious tone, but they are more majestic and sophisticated. They aren't (normally) as silly.

So, that's why they seem more playful.

As for barn gryphs... I'm thinking I might give them a revamp or something.
