Ahh. I guess, my own preference is never for using the same image for both babies. I'd rather have the variety of differences-- even if they're only slight-- than moar babies, hence I'm on the fence about getting twin items before finding out

Same here, I don't like identical twins all that much. If you want to do both fraternal and identical I prefer there's an item for each of those, like Pecora have, and not one item where you're not sure what will happen.

I agree regarding the twins, however if you still want an element of chance, you could roll to see if the twins are both girls, both boys, or a boy and a girl ^^
