Looking to start up an Adoptable. USD to spend.

I posted this on PI however I've heard loads about this place and it's art community so I decided to post here too
You probably read the title and are a little curious.
They are all animals no anthro or humanoid.
This is firstly going to be a large adoptable line (If you hadn't already guessed) consisting of 8 Breeds/ Species with 4 sets of lines each although I wouldn't really count the egg as a hard stage. (1 egg, 1 Juvenile, 2 Adults).
Here are the breed/species in case you are wondering.

I also need 3 items

I'm ideally looking for someone to be able to do all of the artwork, however I am also willing to hire a team for sketch/ink/shading if necessary.
You will not be expected to do mutations in the future or things of this sort, however I may go back to you if I ever decide to add another breed

I am willing to pay about $20 for this part of the project as I'm not looking for anything crazy but I would still like it to be nice.

Artists will be in no rush. I would like to launch this adoptable by 2013-03-03 which in my opinion is a decent amount of Time.
At that point it will not be expected for all the art to be finished either just enough to get started

Bunraku is a newer member of our community here, and has quite nice art as well.  She has done some items for one of the agencies here (CDA) and she made and runs the Sleeping Ocean adoptable (which is humanoid, but serves as an example of her excellent work regardless).
