Actually Wild I'm usually on between 02:00 and 03:00, today 04:00 because I had some real life stuff to deal with first. 06:00 is 1pm my time, I'm always around in the morning too

My wait time is up, Bun's is too (hers was until 04:00). PM told me if the next person isn't online yet then people skipped over (me, SweetCaroline, Bunraku) can post in that time, which means I'll pick now. Saturnalia has until 06:00 to post her choice before she is skipped as well.

Yes you can since the person whose turn it is isn't online. If the game is moving along quickly skipped people can't pop back in because that gets really confusing, but if the game isn't moving skipped people can post their choices to make sure we do keep the list moving.
