Today I am thankful for the fact that there's only one more day until I get a day off. I mean it'll only be 12 days without a day off. So YAY! Day off! C'mon Saturday =D (Yes tomorrow I willl be thankful I'm off Saturday too.)

AND I just thought of something else: It's Thursday which is my payday and I get a biig check this week. (Has six day on it, plus a lot of overtime) AND! Its Taco Bell day if we don't get out of there too late. *gasp* 7pm end time gonna be bad.

Today I am thankful for all the friends I have made and kept through the years, they help make life more enjoyable and never hesitate to help me when I need it ^_^

I am thankful for my kids, they may drive me batty but I don't know what I would do without them. They make life enjoyable with all their little quirks even if they do destroy the house in 1.2 seconds >.>

I am thankful for my family, for still having them here with me.  We have an unusual family unit in the house, with 3 generations all living together.  I know that used to actually be quite common, but it's not so much anymore.  A lot of people think it's weird, and seem to find somethign wrong with it.  But you know what?  I don't care what they think, I feel families SHOULD stay together.  And while it is a lot of people living here, and we often stumble over one another, get cranky with each other etc.. I LIKE having my family close, and dread the time the kids are old enough to start thinking of moving away.

I am thankful for the kind of love that, even when tried and tested to its limits, still cannot and will not be broken, and for those hearts which have the strength to possess it still even after having felt pain. I have known such hearts, they have been a lesson to me, and for that, I am thankful, and perhaps will learn from their strength one day.

I am thankful for.. Libraries!  And friendly librarians who order the books I so desperately wish to read when they don;t have them.  *pats big pile of books beside her*  And I am thankful for the time to be able to read them, and that my eyesight hasn't gotten so bad that I can't.
