Zentaur Issue - CLOSED - RULED ART THEFT

I'm not involved in ponyisland, but know of the original artist and don't like seeing her art stolen and profitted from.

The artwork for those pets is stolen. One of the types is Push Tybers original character (search Push Tyber in google) made by Jennadelle (search Jennadelle on google - you will find her deviantart which she took down due to so much THEFT and her livejournal. Heck, look at google images and find the 'Zentaur' lineart right on the first page of images). It has a few changes - but anyone who has photoshop and knows how to at least half use it go and have fun making an overlay - a little pushing and squishing will show a bit more than an 'inspired' piece.




And if that isn't enough, and it is just 'inspired', try again.




Yeah, such a shame when people steal, especially all the people they hurt in the process. Oh well!

Moved here, as this is the appropriate location for this issue. Each side may present their information, and no one should take sides until all the facts have been released. We have a claim that the art is stolen. It is now the adoptable owner's turn to present their case.

EDITED TO ADD: No Zentaur events will be allowed to be held until this matter is cleared up. If no one from the adoptable posts in a week's time, we will have to assume that the art was stolen, and we will require that no Zentaurs be shown on Secundi.

I did not know about the theft from these pictures until this morning. Even though I am one of the colourists, I have had art stolen from me before. Please do not allow these adoptables on this site.

As of this time and date it is decided that Zentaurs violate the rules set forth by Secundi and are banned from the site. They are deemed to be art theft.  Any person found posting them on their accounts, or displaying them will be asked to remove them. Please note this, and do not purchase them from any other locales. Anyone attempting to trade them or sell them will have their posts removed, and be issued a warning. Multiple infractions will result in harsher punishment.

We do not tolerate art theft of any type here on Secundi. Thank you to Eric for providing evidence to help settle this matter.
