I have a question.

Once all my dogs are imported over, what happens to my remaining items?  I have a lot of champ packs, beds, and some tags left still.  Will the folder remain there until those are used, or will they be moved elsewhere?  *just wondering how to find them when they are needed later on*

Edit: also, is having custom dogs made included in the allowed requests if we have the tags?  And if so, do we post just one tag, 2 tags, all our tags?

Kadana, I believe all your items and beds will stay there (because all of Rav's are still there in her lemontoss gallery even though all her dogs are moved)

You don't lose items just because we imported your dogs.  They'll remain in your owner folders on lemontoss until either 1. you use them or 2. we move them to your inventory here on Secundi.

Yup, if you have tags, you're welcome to use them in this.

If you get a slot you can request all your tags at once, or only a portion of them.  It's up to you.

I have some old-world puppies that were never named/grown. If I snag a spot to import all my dogs would they be imported too? And if so do I need import items for them?

Ember - growings and imports would need to be seperate spots.  You could certainly have both done, but you'd need two slots for it.  Grown pups belonging to you would automatically be imported to your account, you don't need import items for that.

Yes, I can do that.  No guarantees on how soon Garney will get to it, though.  As you know, she's very swamped, and this will be a low priority thing.

Silvanon: I finally went through all my dogs to check for errors. Maeve, Cara, and Sean all have little "x" boxes instead of champ packs.

And now that all my dogs are in the system, should I contact you about connecting parents with their offspring? Or did you say that doing that would require another snagged spot?

Sorry for the delay on this.  I hurt my left shoulder a bit and have been trying to take it easy for a few days to let it get better.  I've been avoiding activities that agravated it, which includes the repetitive typing involved in imports.  I'll be back in action in another day or two here, hopefully.

In the meanwhile I am able to still draw with my tablet, and I was giving the go-ahead by Garney to line and template puppies, so I've been working on that.  The following breeds now have enough puppies for breeding:

Chinese Cresteds
French Bulldogs
Greyhounds
Bloodhounds

And I have a question, if you don;t mind me asking here..  How many puppy arts is required for a breed to be eligble for us to use in a breeding request?  I know I used to know the answer to that, but I forgot, and can;t seem to locate where I saw it at before.

There needs to be at least 5 puppy lines before a breed can be used in breeding requests.  That info is at the top of the list of Kennel breeds & lines, which is also where you can generally go to see how many puppy lines there are for each breed (although the site isn't yet updated with the puppies I've just done).

Ok, finally finished Mutt's imports, and sadly only those 18 dogs got my shoulder to hurting again.  There's just something about them.  For the time being I'm going to have to remove imports from the list of things you can ask of me.  Hopefully with rest my shoulder will heal and I can do everything again.
