Sparkle in Photoshop 6.0

Ok so I am attempting something in photoshop, and it has occured to me, I have no idea how to make things look like they sparkle.

Anyone able to help explain this?

For sparkles, I recommend Obsidian Dawn's free glitter brushes:  http://www.obsidiandawn.com/glitter-photoshop-gimp-brushes

I don't know if I will be able to use those as it says photoshop 7+, but I will try of course.  Thanks

Ok, you can download the images themselves as well (the ones used to make the sparkle brushes), and you can use them to make the selection to create your own brush.  Here's a tutorial on making brushes in 6.0:  http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/photoshop/ht/apscustombrush.htm

Ever since Taru showed me how to make my own brushes from images things have been TONS easier for me lol
