Crisis Core is an action role-play, one of the Final Fantasy series. In chronological order, it's the first game in the Final Fantasy 7 compilation, event though the original FF7 game was made in the late 1990s. I can't say I've played any sims before, but I want to finish this game before getting a next one.

The original FFXII? I'm a stickler for doing things chronologically, other wise I'd play the original first.

I'm currently at Neibelheim in Crisis Core, but Sephiroth hasn't gone crazy yet. Trying to get all the little side quests done before heading up to the reactor.

Sadly I don't have that many FF games. T_T I just recently got a PSP (for Crisis Core) and my brother has a PS3, but we don't have too many Sony platforms on which to play. At least I have my PC! *cheers*

I don't think I've played many ff games.  I want to, especially after seeing advent children (that movie looked NOTHING like the ff game/s? I've played, with the lil tiny sprites lol)  But can't afford the games/platforms to play them all atm so I wait and entertain myself with Sims and stuff lol

I remember the first time I was introduced to FF. My dad had given my brother and I two movies, both called Final Fantasy. One was called Final Fantasy: Advent Children, and one was called Final Fantasy: The spirits within. The second one was kinda weird, but Advent Children was cool. Me and my brother both liked that one. But, we never got into the series then. A few years later, I was watching Advent Children and decided to see what it was all about. I found out about Crisis Core, and since then I've been wanting to play it.

Crisis Core doesn't have little tiny sprites like most of the pokemon games do. If you've played Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness or Colosseum, then you get a better idea of what the game looks like. They do include clips of material that looks like Advent Children sort of stuff, but most of the cut scenes are with the characters the way they look when you're in control.

I play Sims. XD I LOVE the graphics of FF, but I never really got into it, as I dont have the games and when i was around them, i just watched others play. But the characters are gorgeous.

I really wish the graphics of the game were anywhere near as good as the movie but the game is still awesome.
For FF XII it looks like there was one released in August and another in October. The one I have played is the October release one. I haven't had too much luck playing them chronologically since I sometimes didn't have the right system when I wanted to play them XD

Thats my problem, that they don't release all of them for one system, or all of them for every system.  I've got a computer, a game cube, and a gameboy advance SP.  Atm I don;t see us getting any more platforms any time soon lol

Wild, I agree. The charries are <3. While I get the feeling some of them could be categorized as "Mary-Sues", the characters don't appear all that flat to me, and they're definitely not hard on the eyes.

I don't think I've seen many games with that good of a quality. At least, none pop into mind. I imagine the newer FF games have better graphics than Crisis Core, though. How good is the 12th installment?

I think they purposely release them on different platforms like that. <.< I bet sony gets an influx as well as square enix when a game hits off. I normally don't buy a new system just for one game, but I really wanted to play crisis core and the psp is actually handy for other things, as well.
