I really hope this works out, I had some trouble because all I have is paint. Notice that the word "spongequine" is missing... Sorry! This is the first CYO I've ever done, and I was confused a lot, so it's not very good. I'm new.

You can enter the contest with GIMP as well, you just have to install the font for the cert so you can edit it correctly.
