Ryuu is curious! Is there a difference between Bay Dun and Yellow Dun? Evanescent's new girl is called a bay dun, but I thought a bay with dun markings would be yellow dun. And there's no other Stable horse with 'bay dun' in their agency information.

Bay dun and yellow dun are the same; I must have just forgotten to change the base coat description when I added the modifier. Bay + dun can produce anything from a creamy buckskin color to a traditional bay color with the added dun traits (barring, dorsal stripe, etc). I rode a very bay-color yellow dun last week, so I was in that kind of mood XD

edit: I see what happened- I had stuck the silver dapple between the bay and the dun in the description. Now changed to "yellow dun silver dapple"

Well i just got back from a weeks holiday when the only internet i had was my phone which can't shoe pictures on the forums... gutted that i missed this! Will it possibly open up again?

Gah, I hope I finish adjusting to working again soon - I posted to play, then completely spaced on checking back the next day!  Long work days + early wake ups don't make it easy to play in the evenings :/

Mine is 730-530 (with a -usual- 1hr30min lunch), at the vet clinic in my town; even though it is only a max 15 minute walk to work, I half to get up by at least 6 to take care of the chickens and the outside kitties before I leave for the day.  Luckily, my husband gets home before I get off, so he comes and picks me up in the evenings so I don't have to walk home in 100 degree heat XD

I did better this week than the first two; apparently adjusting from 2 years of no work, after 6 of mostly desk work, to mostly standing/moving work is harder than I expected!  But since it is a small town TX vet clinic, it is mixed practice, and once I have been here a little longer/more experienced, I will be helping with all kinds of stock, in addition to the usual cats and dogs
