Welcome to the kickoff event for the Land of the Green Glass Doors! LotGGD is a mouthful, so the inhabitants call their country 'Greenglassia' for short, and they call themselves Doorians. Doorians are a friendly, fun-loving sort; they LOVE playing The Game, and people who avidly play The Game in the threads and events may find a Doorian just happened to follow them home....  >_>

In all events for LotGGD, there is one universal rule: the Game is always in play, but you can NEVER tell someone how it works!!! People who give it away will find their pets and Doorians repossessed! And if I hear of people giving the game away via PM, they risk the same consequences. The game can be fun, so please don't ruin it for people!

"What is this game?" you ask, and, "How do we play? What are the rules?" Ah! The Doorians would LOVE to play with you! How do you learn? By observation and guesswork! Don't let anyone TELL you how to play, though - that would make the Doorians upset and they might avoid you! D: And as stated above - anyone who gives away the game or offers to PM the information will be shunned by Doorians!

What I *can* do is give you some examples!

In the Land of the Green Glass Doors:

How do you play? You can post 3 guesses a day! Always post one thing that IS in the Land of the Green Glass Doors, and one thing that isn't! Even if you don't get it right for a while, the Doorians will still be happy that you tried, and it's a fun way to keep a thread active!

Well, ok, it's not really a wet-tee-shirt contest. But this grumpy gal seems to have learned why it is not necessarily a good idea to go puddle-jumping on a rainy day while wearing a wet tshirt. Oh dear....

Perhaps you can write a paragraph or two about the fun she had puddle-jumping, so she'll get over her bad mood? If your paragraph is especially spiffy, she'll follow you home :3

To send SG first you need to click on the users name on that page will be a link to add them to your buddy list.  Once they are on your list you can click the Secundi banner at the top of the page to go to the main site.  Click the Your Account link on the left side.  There you will see where to send SG and the people in your buddy list will be in the drop down menu.  Just like PI you have to accept the SG being sent to you. =)

I visited the land of Greenglassia today and found an abundance of blue bells but no wild flowers! Then I skipped down the road and met Tommy Morelli but his friend Amber Thomas was out of town. Finally I headed to the warf and saw colorful finny fish jumping, but there were no turtles to be seen.

X3 Fun day!

hiyoko - I'll probably let people import pets from PI, but until they're imported, no, PI Doorians can't be bred or used here. And importing to PI won't be an option at all, due to PI being G rated. Anyone who had equines on PI would have to have them retemplated to have the right genetics to be bred here, since the equines on PI started with one breed, not three. I'm dreading redoing all the ponies there already T_T

Only one actual ticket in the game draw, yes. But I keep track of who plays often, and people who play regularly may find at random times someone took a liking to them!
