S-gene Poll

As you may be aware, PI has introduced two new genes to their game: Zebra and Clown Fish. These are the first of breed-specific genes. Only unicorns can be born with Zebra. Only seaponies can be born with Clown Fish. (Though you can later breed them to other breeds and pass the genes to the offspring, as I understand it.)

An interesting idea, but this leaves Ryuu with a quandary. What shall we do about breed-specific genes for the Okibi? Especially as we only have two breeds at the moment, but there will most likely be more breed-specific genes in the future.

I'd like to hear what the Okibi fans think we should do! Please copy and paste (or type, I'm not picky lol) one of the 4 options below into your post to let me know what you think would be best. If you have an idea for D, please speak up and be as detailed as you like in your idea! I'd love to hear what people think we should do. ^^

Current Event

Reverse Franken

Ryuu has a stock-pile of 10 new little fluttering Okibi! All of these Okibi happen to have 2 s-genes visible. And they want to go home with psychic owners who can guess what they look like!

Make a guess by naming two s-genes, and if you guess the right two, an Okibi will come out and show itself to you! Only the first person to name the correct s-genes will win that Okibi. Everyone is allowed one guess until I say everyone can guess again.

Game will continue until all 10 Okibi have been homed.

Okibi Breeding Tent

I would love to make breeding more available to the Okibi, especially to encourage the discovery of new Bred Genes! But before I get in over my head, I'm going to do a limited event.

A strange, mysterious tent is set up in an open field, and your Okibi can see a bright glow coming from within. What could this be? The tent is only big enough for two Okibi to enter at a time.

For this event (and this event only) you will not need to have a Normal Foxfire in your inventory to breed. The Normal Foxfire is already in the tent, waiting for your two Okibi to walk in together. (Any other Foxfire you want to use does need to be owned by you already.) You can only post a breeding form if you see OPEN in green below. There is no posting and waiting for next time. It's first come first serve. When the baby has been created and delivered to the person's pet page, this post will be edited to say OPEN once again.

No one may enter the breeding tent twice in a row.
