Cinder here is a Silver Dapple Sooty Buckskin Snowflake Appaloosa mimic.  (Dark chocolate brown base, honey colored dapples)


And Stormie is a dapple grey mimic (dark grey base, white dapples):

I've gotta know, how does the swirls make that two-toned look like on this Horse? Is the inside of the swirls a transparent layer, so the black shows through and makes it darker than the outline?

Ryu - that's two sets of curlies on top of each other.  The edges of all the markings are semi-transparent, which makes the effect you see if you layer two of the same.

It's currently at 175 million SG. ... and before anyone freaks out about that number, don't worry, I will monitor the economy and if things settle to where they're bad in the opposite direction I'll do something about it.  Or more rather, I still have other projects in the works that should help generally balance out the economy.

I remember in the early days of Secundi, Poupou was selling customs for 10SG each. We are a long, long way from getting back to that XD

Yup, that's roan.  It does come out rather overo-ish in some color patterns.

Currently there is still a little less than 6 billion SG in the hands of users, total.

Ahh, Silv, I was about to post saying that Cinder is possibly the prettiest Horse I've seen so far. And then you post that amazing new one that is basically a perfect African Wild Dog mimic. Love! Which order did you layer the haze and cloud, out of interest?

Haze goes underneath and cloud on top.  They work well as separate markings too, but I specifically designed them to work together in African Wild Dog style.  XD

They might work for making a Silky mimic too, only it would need to switch the colors around to get more black then the other two colors.  Which colors did you assign to each of those markings?

On mine, I put the main body white, haze is the brownish-orange, and cloud is black.

You are totally right, I woke up a rather happy YLO when seeing this. Helps me feel a bit better after the terrible news the hospital gave me >_> Although I am still trying to not spend my SG until after the Quinsta auctions DX

Will there be multi-colored markings at some point or will you perhaps offer that option yourself? I have a few characters will bi-colored swirls or paint or dots or whatever and I'd love to get them >w< And will there ever be patterns for the mutations as well? (like Multistripes and Tips for the mane)

YLO - it's not really feasible to allow individual markings to be recolored in more than one custom color.  That's why the wild dog markings and tiger stripe/tiger belly markings are sets of markings rather than one each.  I will likely continue to make marking sets designed to work together, though.

Yeah I figured it was impossible to code (unless you bring out a pattern that is multi-colored by default perhaps, but that would still be a pain to code XD), but I thought maybe you would auction off customs colored by you that have that option or something like that.

Most of mine need stripes or tips in the mane, so I'm gonna wait a little longer before spending any SG.
