[Painted Unicorns] Romance in the Air

Hi all!

I am pleased to announce that we will now be reopening Painted Unicorn breedings, just in time for Valentine's Day!

Because of various factors, the old breeding system is no longer practical, so breedings will work substantially differently than described on the Paints website (I'll be updating that info soon.)

Here is how breedings will work from now on:

Any male Paint or Zebracorn can be paired up with any female Paint or Zebracorn for breeding purposes. If you breed two individuals of the same class, the baby is guaranteed to be that same class. If you breed two different classes together, then there is a 50% chance of either class part (mutation) being passed on. The baby's colors will be determined by artist interpretation.

So, some examples: If you breed a Nitheli to a Nitheli, the baby will be a Nitheli.

If you breed a Niyeva to a Nitheli, the baby has a 50% chance of being Nitheli and a 50% chance of being Niyeva.

If you breed a Nitheli to a Yeva, then the baby's results are 25% Nitheli, 25% Niyeva, 25% Theli, and 25% Yeva.

Changes from the old system for those who were familiar with it: Breeding is no longer restricted to intra-charity only (you can still form Charities, but Paints can breed with Paints in other Charities now) and class is no longer determined by genetics.

I have been very excited about breeding reopening! If you check out the Rose Requests thread (http://www.secundi.net/forum.php?topic=3239.msg72618#msg72618) you will notice that rose requests are currently open, but I do have some yellow requests to fulfill forst. I will try and get some valentines breedings out and post them here though!

Valentine and Cupid are up for auction- the winner of the auction will go to the highest bidder at midnight (secundi time) tonight 00:00 (which is just over 9 hours away.

The winner will choose to keep either Cupid or Valentine and then will gift the other to a friend. You will both also recieve a red rose each.

So to clarify- the auction is for BOTH PU's and 2 red roses to be split between the winner and their friend.

Ustream and SAD and Frankens Oh My~!

I also have some highly prolific paint stallions that would love some more offspring to their names (Dilly ((Deabaren'Dilesh)) in particular leaves and extremely NICE stamp on his offspring ;p) drop me a PM ^_^
