Welcome to Luminaria, a place where moonlight gathers and magical creatures live. Valentine's Day is fast approaching and the Luminaria are feeling the love! Some special Valentine-themed pets have come forward looking for homes and a lot of the already adopted Luminaria seem to be itching to breed some babies. Will you travel with us to the Luminaria and take a pet home with you?

Breeding Raffle

With Valentine's Day coming up all the Luminaria seem to be bitten by the love bug. Do you think your Luminaria are ready to breed? Then you can enter this breeding raffle! Four lucky couples will succesfully reproduce and have a baby. One little twist: Instead of buying raffle tickets, every Luminaria pair gets you a spot in the raffle!

The first pair you enter will be 1K, every next pair will be 5K.
There is no limit to the amount of pairs you can enter. You may enter pets from both Secundi and PI and they can be bred to each other as well, but a pet can only be entered once.

Deadline for entering is February 13 13:00 Secundi time.
Four couples will be selected. The resulting babies should hopefully arrive on Valentine's Day.

Each pair will only produce a single baby, so if you borrow someone else's pet keep that in mind! There will be no twins/triplets so you cannot split babies as stud/RB fee. Stud/RB permission must be posted in this thread in red before the deadline.

Yeah we used to work with photobucket, but this is SO much faster and easier. The only thing I dislike about it is that you can't easily browse through thumbnails because they are all links XD But it is such a wonderful way to upload >w<

And yes, breeding, yay! :D I have done a few through private pet trades before and I just really love doing them ^^

You don't have to own them, if someone is willing to let you borrow theirs you can still enter. Just make a post in Breeding Area ^^

Edit: actually you have more, but they were colored when Solistia still ran them. I will go see if I can find them and put them in the right place.

Probably a Pick-a-Number, otherwise it was a flatsale. Either way, you named it, so it is yours. I don't think anyone ever gifted one and named it for someone, so it is yours, trust me :P

*pokes Aralie* You gifted? xD I have to admit, I paid no attention to the certing info posted on PI as PonyMama was handling all the certing and I was super busy trying to keep track of all the grid guesses :P

We are going to check that photobucket link for missing pets that are there but not in the gallery, but I am not sure if we can do it before the events end. PonyMama is swamped with her other adoptabeles and preparing birthday events and I am already running multiple Vday threads, so we are unsure if we will have time to do it before the deadline. So please do check the above link if you want to check for extra pets.

Crossing species is fine ^^ At the moment you just get one of the species as a baby, but we are working towards offering hybrid species in the future.

Ok, I have a couple questions.
If someone were to enter a bunch of pairs, would they only be able to win one baby, or if they get drawn for more than one do they get more than one? Is there a limit on how many someone could breeding spots?
Can you enter on both PI and Secundi? (I know pets can be entered if they are from the opposite site, but can I enter some pets here and some different ones on PI?)

Yes you may enter both places as long as you only enter each pet only once.
Since there are only four slots available I will let each person only get one slot, but as of right now PI might not get 4 people entering. If there are not at least four people entering then you can get more slots.

After I am done with breedings there will be an auction on PI and an auction on Secundi, each featuring two cat mimics. Whimsy decided not to follow Luminaria anymore and her pets were still uncerted so with her permission the cat mimics will now be rehomed by the shop :)
