Forms and transactions have been checked up to here.  If you do not see your name beside the SC you wanted, then there was somethign wrong with either your form, or your transaction.  If you sent payment and it was canceled, then there was somethign wrong with either the amount you sent, or with the transaction notes.  You can try to claim again of course, but you have to completely repost a form at this point as well as resending payment.

Sunny.. if all forms posted are correct, and all fee transactions are correct, then that makes a total of 15 claimed.  There are 22 total SC's, so some should be left.  I haven't checked the new claim posts yet however, I was doing school work and am just now getting to certing the first round of claims.  Then I'll check the new claims and update the flatsale post.

YLO Customs thread will re-open when I get caught up on a few things.  I don't want to open too many things at once, as it leaves people waiting too long for stuff.  I'm looking at it re-opining this weekend if I can manage to stick to my time schedule for catching things up.  I'll open it sooner if I manage to work faster though.

The apples are treats for SC's.  They can be used one of two ways.  I'll explain more about that in a lil bit, I wanna get these SC's sorted before my headache decides to worsen.

Just a heads up, I've decided to wait to cert/card flatsales until the rest sell, since they seem to be going pretty fast anyway.  This way I can just go in order and it will make doing them a heap faster and less confusing.

Apple is in your folder YLO.

Apples.. Apples can be used in 2 ways currently.  The first is a sort of game.  I ran it on PI< can;t remember if I ran it here yet.  Probably not, as we had so few followers here.  But basically you gather round the apple tree, and take turns trying to get apples form the tree.. without touching the tree with your hands.  During the game, there will be some SC's milling about.  If you manage to get an apple form the tree, then you can choose to have it placed in your inventory for later, or you can offer it to one of the SC's that are present at that time.  The SC you offer it to may then decide if it wants the apple or not.  If it accepts your apple, then you get to keep the SC.  If it declines the offer of your apple, then you get to keep your apple and either try again with a different SC, or put it in your inventory.

SC's may decline apples for a variety of reason's, from simply not being hungry, to disliking that apple type.  It's very important during the game to pay close attention to the reason an SC declines your (or someone elses) apple.  Because this can give you clues to what they want.  If one simply is not hungry at that time, then you or someone else can try the same apple later if you like.  but if say, a stallion says he doesn't like sour things, then you (and everyone watching) knows not to offer him granny smith and crab apples.

When trying to get apples form the tree, if one does fall, then again you still have a chance to miss it or catch it.  If you miss it, then it is a "loose" apple, and anyone in thread can post to "grab" it.  Whoever posts to grab it first (in the correct phrase and/or format) will get it.  If you drop it, you can still try to grab it when its loose.

The second way to use apples, is to turn them in (one apple per SC) for SC's from the prize pool.  (there are 2 different prize pools, and you would need to use the Secundi one).  There is a form to fill out when claiming form the prize pool.  At this time prize pool claiming isn;t open.  But once it does open, you just post the form correctly filled out, and you get your SC.  No coin toss to see if the SC accepts, just an automatic trade.  (Like the Painted Unicorns roses to claim premades).

Oh, and whenever the Game is active, then regular prize pool claiming won;t be allowed.  It just gets too confusing.

Oh, prize pool claiming won;t re-open until I clean up files.  I'm having to dump some SC's from my PB account because I cannot locate the corresponding images on my PC.  Others I have to dump because I can't remember/find info on who colored them.  Still others have already been claimed and never certed for various reasons.  It's driving me nuts honestly.  But yea, what that all means is that any SC's you see sitting looking unowned/unclaimed, may not actually be available :S   Maybe I should hire a staff person just to manage records of this stuff -.-

Hmm, i've just noticed kMh looks identical to my Ripple... is she the same horse and just hasn't been deleted from the flatsale folder? I got her in a flatsale ages ago, on PI i think.

I've thought about it a few times, and quite a bit lately actually.  But I'm just so control-freakish, that I've not been able to bring myself to do it yet.  Like with the RP thingy, I really wanna let someone else run it.  but.. I want it done a certain way, a certain story theme whatever, and I know exactly how I want it done.  But.. I've tried explaining it to a couple others, and I just can;t seem to put my ideas/wants into coherent understandable words.  So.. I just keep putting rp off longer and longer, as other things that are more important and less involving get done.

OK, I'm going to go try and get the rest of my work for this class done while my headache is finally held at bay, and before I pass out.  Pondering what to do next after flatsales.  I have a beautiful love pair Losty colored that are going to be auctioned off.  (no love pair certs though sorry).  And I have a ton of other SC's pre-colored that never had anythign done with.. pus all the PI crap that now will have to be rotated over to Secundi.  Annnd.. I even have some SC's from Christmas.. before last? that are waiting on homes heh

Aha!  Yes, she is the same and didn't get removed.  (that's what I meant before about images not removed :S  )  Oh bother!  I checked all those, thought they were all good lol

Skysong..  kMh was indeed available to claim, but it looks like she was not suposed to be there.  I'm going to have to remove that image and replace it with a differant one.  You can claim the new image, or you can claim one of the other unclaimed flatsales. kMb and kSb I believe are still unclaimed. Just repost form, cos you need to follow proper claiming format.

I've done that before, and the folks involved neither one wanted to lose the SC, so they each just got a copy and said they were twins lol  That, or if it's reguler horse markings, well even in the wild a lot of horses look similar so it's no big deal.  But Ripple looks kinda.. differant.  I can;t think there would be too many looking exactly like her lol

Please!  Everyone check your owners folders and make sure that 1. the link from the SGA website takes you to your folder and not someplace else and 2. that your SC's are all in your folder, with their stat cards, that they are certed properly, and that no mistakes are made on the stat cards.  Seriously, I'm being distracted by the bf the entire time I certed, carded and uploaded.  And I already somehow managed to dump 6 peoples SC's into Alnaeyah's folder when I created it for her and had to pull them back out.  So.. yea, check your folders!

Breeding frankly terrifies me.  I envision breedings coming in, and me looking at them, and scratching my head and wondering "now what would a foal of these two look like?" and I dunno jack about genetics (and don't care to learn) so I'd prolly be staring at the same darn breeding pair for days lol  And then I fear the outcome, fear people being dissatisfied because the foal didn't come out as they expected/think it should look..

Meh The irony of this is, I don't usually give a flip what people think.  But somehow when it comes to my adopt, I can't seem to stop wondering and worrying and stressing -.-

But yes, breedings is on my seemingly endless "to do" list.  I just have to figure out how I'm gonna manage them.  I really would like to hire breedings out to another colorist entirely, but I'm not sure what to offer as payment considering for each foal they have to color the grown version as well as the foal..
