[Neocridders]

My gerbil, Remus, purchased from a petsmart on my birthday (September 14th, 2009),
passed away sometime last night. I noticed him this morning when I woke up. Sirius ran into his little hidey hole, and little Remus didn't sleep as he normally did. No, he was strung out instead of huddled like he liked to do.

Poor little guy. I mean, my gerbils have had health problems in the past, and I'm surprised they lived as long as they did, but it's still sad.

And they had been getting so much better! Their eyes weren't gross anymore. They seemed to be getting healthier every day.

But, I guess it was his time to go.
So, my little gerbil, Remus, is on his way up to heaven. I'm going to miss him, and I'm sure his buddy Sirius will be a lonely little guy for a while


Just wanted to let everyone know.
--By the way, he wasn't underfed. I was gone from wednesday till Saturday morning, but I had my sister give them some food. I wouldn't have let them go so long without fresh food!
