Ok, I will give the pet mimics a try. They will cost $50,000 SG each. There will be 5 slots open now to the first five people who post. Once slot per person. I would like to ask that I am given simpler pets for this first time. Of course its not required, but I will give extra love to everyone who takes it easy on me for the first time.

To make him look perfect he would need a lighter body, with patches that color kind of like the example or just the lighter body, but those changes are not needed.

Definitely a pretty Pecora XD And I agree, more kitty colored Pecora would be very cute I always want to suggest a japanese bobtail-like tri-colored kitty during frankens, but I didn't know if I could since that's more than one color XD;

Mmm, I love van patterns. The shelter where I was volunteering had the most amazing red van patterned cat a few years back, Bowie by name. I used to go in and visit him every day for weeks, and eventually he'd climb into my arms and give me the softest hugs when I came to say hello. Man, I miss that cat. =)

PM: If you're not familiar with the Turkish Van breed, think a longhaired white cat (with no undercoat) with color by the ear tips and on the tail. Van pattern is one of the extremes of bicolor patterns, with a predominantly white base. Here's an example of the breed:



And fun fact about Turkish Vans: they like to swim! =D

Also, wikipedia says they're hypoallergenic! Which is the best news I've ever heard, because I get bad summer allergies D:

I think that's because of the lack of undercoat or the fine-haired coat that aids in swimming not trapping as much dander in the coat, or at least that's my theory. I've also heard Japanese Bobtails don't shed as much as other cats.

I get bad spring allergies (I inherited a tree pollen allergy), and I find vacuuming and changing the air filters frequently helps a bit. Though my little fuzzy monsters don't know when to stop shedding. If I had cat allergies, I think I'd have suffocated or be swollen past the point of recognition by now. XD

Polyamory's an interesting discussion topic, especially to have with a loved one. I'd say it's about as poorly understood by the general public as the GLBT movement, but without the political publicity. I mean, the nuances of one's love preferences isn't exactly a casual discussion topic.

I'd love to talk more about it, but I imagine this topic could get real hairy real fast in a public forum. XD Out of curiosity though, which author are you interested in?

Ooh, and Godiva is a pretty dog. I like her white feet and her blaze especially, they really stand out boldly. =)

Hee!  I like a lot of authors, but my favorite (and the one he was referring to) is Laurell K. Hamilton and her Anita Blake series and Merry Gentry series.

Well, obviously not on a 1:1 ratio, but I might be interested in paying USD for a custom Pecora at some point. How much would you be looking for most customs, Toffee?

Also, what's the rough SG to USD conversion range, something like $1 for 50k-75k?

I think $1 = 100K is most common, because Kennel dogs have a common price of 500K and $5.
Buuut I think it depends. If you sell all of your customs for 20K you wouldn't ask $0.20 for a custom XD

Well, I think it depends on how much you are selling. I personally don't accept payments of under two dollars in USD, just because it's not worth it in paypal fees.

Anything above that, however, I'd be fine with. But I understand that a custom of an adoptable of mine is not worth 200k in sg, or what YLO describes as the equivelent of $2. But, I think it's fair.
I think $5 = 500k, but it varries in other places. Like I think if it is $10 it would be worth more than 1 million. And I think if you have $2, I think it depends on what it would be worth. But, I think $5 is a basic custom for any adoptable, of a certain quality. If it were not a higher quality adoptable (and I know that I'm not one to judge qualities, since it's all in perspective and opinion) but I think pecora are easily up there in quality.

As for USD I really have no clue what to charge. I can hardly decide what to charge now in SG. One reason breeding hasn't started yet is because I don't know how to price snowflakes or anything
