Looking to hire 4 helpers for a non-adoptable related event.

OK, so a couple days back I had a rather large rise in my SMIS.  I decided to withdraw at that point, as I knew I would kick myself if I left it in and happened to get a large drop.  However, I'm not exactly strapped for SG.  I had plenty, before I ever started playing SMIS.. and since I have no active need of the SMIS funds I decided to pass it around to others who maybe need it more. 

Now I've been thinking, trying to come up with a good way to give some SG away.  I could just give it to random people, but I have no way to know who actually needs it.  Also, I realize some people wouldn't be comfortable with being just given SG for no reason.

What I am thinking about doing, is having people submit an "application" to receive a "grant".  However, I would like some help doing this.  Whoever helps, cannot apply for a grant, so in this light I will pay for the help.  It won't be nearly as much SG as will come in the grants mind you.  So I'm mostly looking for people willing to help, who don't have a huge need of SG atm, or who already have plenty, etc.

I would like to hire someone to create the Application that people will use to "apply" for a grant.  (I would do this part myself, but I seem to be lacking in energy/motivation to do much of anything just now..)

I will also be wanting to hire 3 people so act as the Grant committee.  These 3 people will have the task of reviewing the applications that are submitted, making sure they meet any rules/guidelines etc, and ultimately, deciding which applicants will receive the grant prizes.

I want 3 people for the committee, as I don't want to be any "ties".  And, I do not want to sit on the committee myself, as I have family that plays on here and who may decide to try for a grant.

So in total I would like to hire 4 people.  Each will be paid 250k SG for their help.  If you are interested in helping out, please do post!
