Many of you know about my horse Sean, either through my posts or through the many adoptable mimics I have of him. March 17th is our one-year anniversary, and I'm going to commemorate the occasion by commissioning a 16 x 20" acrylic portrait of him. I have found an artist that I'm happy with, whose website can be found here, and she has agreed to take on my commission. She's estimated that it will cost approximately $200.

I know that I usually only turn to a $USD "fundraiser" for more serious events, such as the medical bills surrounding Sean's hip gash a few months ago. But if anybody in the community has some extra $USD to spare, is looking to expand their Stable herd, and wants to help me celebrate my much-loved horse at the same time, I figured -- why not make it an option?

Prices
Package A: $10 - 2 horses (for non-owners only)
Package B: $15 - 2 horses (for owners)
Package C: $20 - 2 horses plus 1 foaling paddock
Package D: $20 - 2 horses, both fully equipped (please specify item colors)
Package E: $10 - 2 foaling paddocks

Please post here with the name of your package at the top of your post in bold and in red. Then fill out the following form, one per horse:

I ask that you do this before I start your order, unless you PM me to arrange something else. All orders should be completed in one week or less after being placed, unless you order a great number of packages. I will also be happy to change your customs if you are not happy with them.

As Garney finishes work on the new lines, the first (and fully custom) pair of each breed will be auctioned off here. After this first pair has been auctioned, there will be a grace period of one week for the auction winner to brag and basically just enjoy owning the very first pair of the new breed Then the new breed will become available for purchase along with the original breeds as $USD customs.

New Breed #1: Gaited Horses!

You are bidding on the very first pair of gaited horses. The winner will be able to choose the coat colors of each, just like using golden tags but with the new lines.

Nope, but Garney is actually multi-tasking and working on pony lines, too <3 This breed was based on Tennessee Walkers, but I'm not sure what we'll call them XD Gaited Horses, maybe?

I thought of "Saddle Horse", or "Saddlebred", but thought those would be too generic, for the "saddle horse" or too close to a real, specific breed for "saddlebred"; maybe "Racking Horse" but too breed specific, again (My great-uncle had a Saddlebred, last I heard, my stepmom has a racking horse, and she and my dad each have a TWH) XD

I think I am the only member of my family that has a horse, that does not have a gaited horse - though I do want one, once I can find a nice one that I can afford XD
