Yes it's one at a time, so once it is finished you can put in a new request. At least that's what I understood, first page says one per person at a time and it's what I and lotsa other people have been doing.

Just letting you all know, that reference pic can only be used with a Gold Tag-it. It's only breed specific to Australian Shepherds.
