Easy Baked Fish with Mustard Dill Sauce

For this, you can use whatever fish you have filets of. Salmon and bass are very good.


Ingredients:

Fish:
-Fish filets of your choice
-Olive oil
-Salt & pepper

Sauce:
-Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon)
-Butter
-Lemon juice
-Dill
-Capers (optional)




Directions:

Fish:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Put the fish in a foil-lined pan with some olive oil, salt & pepper
3. Bake in oven for ~20 minutes, depending on thickness of filets

Sauce:
1. Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Gradually stir in grey poupon, a dash or two of lemon juice, as much dill as you'd like, and, if you want them, capers. This is a recipe where you can add as much or little of things as you want to get a consistency and taste that pleases you.

When fish is done, put it on plate and spread some of the sauce upon it.
