Do your cats use the cat furniture, YLO? Every time I buy something for my cat, she completely ignores it. XD So I'm afraid to invest in a piece of cat furniture which is usually $100 or more, for something she will just never touch.

Yes! They like all the stuff that is tall so that they can sit high. The larger ones are also to make sure that they can stretch out when scratching (some catch prefer scratching horizontally and some vertically, the super big one has areas large enough for both to ensure both types of cat can use it, I have smaller much less expensive ones that are one or the other). However, my cats are indoor-only cats, I know if you have cats who also go outdoors they don't always use cat furniture/scratching posts etc (the other main reason for not using it tends to be that the size is wrong, so it either doesn't have an area large enough to scratch when stretched out or it's very small but high so it becomes super wobbly)

Yeah that's another concern I have, because she has gotten quite fat so she has a big butt, and I think the seats would be too small for her. XD But it would be nice to encourage her to get a little exercise climbing up to a high spot! Maybe I'll start looking for one with nice large seats.
