Yes that is correct Ryuu And @Deirdre too: you can just roll all if you find that easier, but you won't be needing the colors you already filled in that row so you can roll & ignore or just leave them out when rolling, whatever you prefer)

And Deirdre: You can have at most 2 rolls per turn, but that 2nd roll is optional. If you like your 1st roll then yes you can just fill out numbers and skip the reroll step.
