[Running Wild] New creature found!!

So, I was out camping, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by this cute, fuzzy creature crawling into my tent and snuggling next to me to get out of the cold. I have no clue what it is, and would like some help figuring it out.

Help me name this new creature, Who knows, you may receive something for helping. :3

They remind me so much of Fennec Foxes.  Will that be in the name or not?

They are supposed to be Fennec Foxes. I just want help with naming them. The Painted Wolves were based off of African Wild dogs, and I just used a different name they go by sometimes.

Everyone that helps me with finding a name for these will be able to take one of the foxes home with them as a thank you gift. :3

I suppose you could always call them Fennecs, or Desert Foxes. There really aren't many names for them like there are for the African Wild Dogs.

Yes, fantasy colors will be included as well. I'll leave this up until i'm ready to post a thread for them. I'm still trying to figure out SAI some more.

Thank you everyone for the name ideas. I have added a poll with my three favorite names for everyone to vote on. I am hoping to have an event up soon. Once I am done planning and coloring, I will end the voting, whcih may take a day or two.

SkySong, how do you shrink, or change the size of the files you sent me to make just one fox show when I save it? I know how to do that on Gimp, but i can't figure out how to do it on SAI.

SAI doesn't have a good way to do that, I'm afraid. If you don't want to resize the actual fox, you can zoom in to see the pixels and just select that bit, but it's a lot of work if you are doing that to a lot of foxes. If you want, I can send you individual foxes/wolves, but that's three times the files.

I am in the process of setting up a thread for Thanksgiving. Voting has been closed, and the new name for the foxes is Fancy Foxes. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and that they stay warm and eat well. For everyone that posted a name idea, I will be posting here later with your prizes.
