I couldn't just leave them out there by themselves, and I figured someone here would like to take them home, so I brought them here."He sets the box down, and three little heads pop out. They jump out of the box, and start running around him.

OK, so, there are three wild pups that need homes. In order to take a pup home, you must roll a dice with the same number as the pup you are trying for. You may only win one. You can gift that one, or keep it, but you may only win one. You may roll for each pup every 30 minutes within the 30 minutes. So, you can post at 2:55, and then again at 3, but not again until 3:30.

Its not 30 minutes after your last roll. you can post once ever 30 minutes, within the 30 minutes. I stated that hen I posted. "You can post at 2:55, and again at 3:00, but not again until 3:30", so her post was valid.
