Gifting Raffle

I like the idea of people giving to others. So this is gifting raffle. You may only gift one ticket per person, but you may gift as many people as you like. One person may receive more than one gifted ticket so I could gift Kahlira and Neocridders could also gift her a ticket as well. There are no restrictions on the number of tickets one person may have.
