You see the familiar shape of the tall drow as you enter the room. 'Welcome my friends!' his voice carries well in the still air. 'I hope you are all enjoying your new-found companions and that they are settling in well with you! After observing them in the wild, it seems this is one of the months when the Raxoll Lanin like to breed and since we have displaced them from their natural environment, I have decided to re-create a suitable environment here at my place of residence on Secundi. Over there..' Kalannar points to a notice pinned on a board 'you will find the relevant information regarding the Raxoll Lanin's breeding habits. If you are unsure of something, please, do ask, I promise I won't bite..' Kalannar pauses to grin 'well, not hard anyhow!'

The Raxoll Lanin are closely tied to the Elements and their affinity is shown by their gem colour.
Red for Fire, Blue for Water, Green for Earth and Yellow for Air. 

There are however, 6 Elements that the Raxoll Lanin draw from, the final two being The Nether, or Death as we know it and Energy, otherwise called Life.  The difficulty with the last two Elements is how difficult they are to Obtain. Indeed, we could not obtain a Nether Raxoll Lanin as the very act of entering the Nether Vortex on the Island they call their home would Kill the tamer. 

Instead, for anyone wishing to collect a Nether Dragon a 'Destructive Breeding' must be performed.  This is when the Elements of the two Raxoll Lanin do not compliment each other, but rather work against each other.  This type of breeding lessens the chance that the Raxoll Lanin will have 2-3 eggs but gives an increased chance that they will produce a Nether Raxoll Lanin. 

Please see the table above to see which Elements compliment each other and which ones work against each other.

As for the Energy or Life Raxoll Lanin, we found these very hard to contain on the journey to Secundi. In fact I have so far been able to subdue only one male and bring him with me. N.B. This is the only way you will have a chance at procuring a Life Elemental Dragon.

Females may only be bred once per season, producing one clutch of eggs which can be between 1 - 3 eggs.

Males may be bred up to 3 times in a season.

You may keep up to 3 eggs from your own clutch, or trade them as you see fit. This will allow for the people who prefer to see the adult grown to make a more informed decision.

Raxoll Lanin must be named to be bred. You may name a Raxoll Lanin at any time by messaging this account with the image of the Raxoll Lanin in question and your chosen name.

You do not need to own the Raxoll Lanin being used but you must have the Owner post permission in this thread, using the following form:
