House fire? What ELSE?

We'd JUST started up a fire. Dad had to go outside & hunt Dexter down 'cause he ran off without permission... again. >____>; Well... the flue or whatever didn't open completely, apparently, and the house started filling with smoke. Then embers started jumping and caught the rug on fire... and it was super far away! ;___; Thankfully I started yelling for Dad & got water and doused all the flames, but now I'm all burn-y and smoky. My eyes are burning, my lungs are filled with smoke, and I'm scared half to death. .-. I blame it on the stupid snow, which probably kept the flue closed up. I'm shaking, and my lungs are still burning, and so are my eyes. D;
