[NEO Kennel] 2011 Mardi Gras games! **Winners Announced**

Welcome to the second ever NEO Kennel Mardi Gras games!

Yes, yes. The Kennel has been absent a bit. That's ok though. I don't have any dogs to give away, but I've got a few other goodies and this is all for fun anyway.

Anyway, my friend, Mardi, will be hosting these events. So stay tuned. Setting up now. Things should be ready soon.

Allow me two or three posts

This event is just for fun. Just something to do for those who want to and have time. There will be some little prizes, but they aren't 'uber valuable'. Just a sort of fun thing.

Alrighty!

The First event, and what I'll consider the 'main' event, is the bead contest.

In a nutshell, the one with the most beads wins.

This is not your 'normal' giving mardi gras beads to girls, though. So no, don't be having your mind there XD


For this contest, you can pick some of three colored bead-necklaces.

Yellow Beads are worth 1 point
Green Beads are worth 2 points
Purple Beads are worth 3 points

The thing is, you can't keep the beads for yourself. You must give the beads to another user. Anyone, even if they haven't posted here yet.

The rules:
-To give beads, you should make a post (in yellow/green/purple, whatever color bead you are giving) that says something like 'I give red beads to 'username' today' or ''Username' gets green beads'.
-You may give any number of beads so long that it does not exceed 3 points in the value chart above.
-You shouldn't pester people about giving you beads. That's annoying and unfair.
-You may give 3 points worth of beads per day, so you can try again once the clock says 0:00.


The contest will go until Friday the 18th at 23:59:59 (so the moment the clock says 0:00, you can't post for the game anymore).

You can make as many posts per day you need, so long as you don't give more than three points worth of beads per day.

I guess this isn't really a separate event, but an addition to the above post.

The people who have the most beads of each individual color will win a prize. Prizes should be assigned to each category soon.

The person who has the most yellow beads will win a prize.
The person who has the most green beads will win a prize.
The person who has the most purple beads will win a prize.

The person who wins the most points from beads will win a prize.

And, of course, the person who has the most beads total is considered the Mardi Gras King or Queen. This person wins the title of Mardi Gras King (or Queen) and will get a little banner, as well as an additional little prize.
