~Okibi Caballi~ All Hallow's Eve Has Begun!

Between the earthquake and the hurricane that hit Maine this month, and a bad cold I got, and October being month-of-hell at work (how appropriate!) I know I am a bit behind in Okibi events. Tonight I will be diligently working on the breedings and customs I have to do.

BUT Halloween is Ryuu's favorite holiday, and it's the Okibi's favorite too! So I had to put together a couple teeny tiny little events to celebrate. <3

Pick-a-Pumpkin

The popular pick-a-door event, with a Halloween twist! In order to claim a pumpkin, you must do whatever spoooooky task the pumpkin demands. Everyone can get only one pumpkin, first come first serve, and pumpkins will burst open and reveal their goodies when they've all been picked.

Spot-the-Okibi

Well now, the Okibi are getting ready for Halloween! I wanted to go see their costumes, but as soon as I walked into the field, they all scattered. Tricky little ponies! Why don't you guys all go search through the fields and woods and let me know if you see any Okibi that look like they're ready for Halloween?

Event details:

-Describe an Okibi with a Halloween theme. This is like a custom event, but you describe your entry rather than fill out a form. The more detail you include, the more likely I will pick it.

-The winning entry will have a custom Okibi colored up that matches their description.

-Ref images are allowed.

-If you don't specify gender or breed in your entry, they will be randomly chosen.

-Regarding line art edits: I am not that good XD;; If you want to describe something really small and simple, like a collar/necklace/bracelet or a flower in their mane, I might be able to do that. Line art edits I can't do: cape, boots, clothing, etc. So you'll have a better chance at being chosen if you describe an Okibi with Halloween colors and markings, rather than one wearing a full outfit.

-One entry per person

-Post "I Spot an Okibi!" at the top of your entry

I will only choose one (possibly two, depends how much time I have) winners from this event. But it's a fun event so I will be repeating this at a later date! ^_^

"A Spot an Okibi!"

I see a spooky mountain Okibi who is grey with black leg fade, purple hair with black fade. She has stiches all over her body with purple pins sticking out. Her eyes are purple, and her Faery Wings are purple and grey and black. There are also cracks on her body, like what you see on the sidewalks, makes her grey body look like assphalt that is cracking. She has a purple clowing chain wrapped around her front leg and a big purple V on her shoulder with a purple pin sticking out of it. She reminds me of a Voodoo doll, she tells me her name is Bad Juju

"A Spot an Okibi!"

I caught sight of a very interesting male okibi. He reminded me of looking at an x-ray of a creature. I can faintly see the outline of his body in the shadows but what stands out is that I can see all of his bones. He seems to move exceedingly well considering that it looks like his back right leg looks broken, maybe that is just a trick of the light... His eyes also seem to have an unearthly green glow and he appears to have a small set of horns on his head, but they fade from a neon green to invisible every so often making me wonder if it is a trick or is he has horns...

11. To get Pumpkin 11, post a Halloween recipe.

Growing up trick or treating, I'd get tons of tootsie rolls. What better way to use them then this? And easy too =D

Take two boxes of chocolate pudding mix, make as directed for chocolate pie mix. Stir in toosie rolls. Pour into pre-made graham cracker pie crust.  Add cool whip, whipped topping, or red whip. Slice and enjoy.

Can be made substituting vanilla pudding, and vanilla tootsie rolls as per your pleasure.

A Spot an Okibi!

I looked around and spotted a female Obiki, she had sky blue body color, and darker blue, maybe navy blue stripes on both body and legs, along with sparkles. Her hair was chocolate brown with tan tips and she had light green eyes. She had earings with a yellow and a red feather hanging and a necklace with small green stones. She reminded me of a movie, and i then realised that she had dressed up like Neytiri from Avatar.

A Spot an Okibi!

I spotted a rather Ghoulish male Mountain Okibi darting about! He has a greyish black body and Purple hair with a white stripe in. It looked like her had bites on him, one on his cheek and some on his back legs and some of his ribs were showing! His front hooves had flames up them and he had a red circle with an arrow in it on his rump. I think he was a Zombie Pony.

"A Spot an Okibi!"

I spy a male Okibi standing beneath the moonlight, his long, black hair stirring in the cool October air. He tosses his mane restlessly, and you can see the thin braids of red woven throughout his mane-dark, deep rich red, like blood. His body is sleek and black, but a striking white blaze runs down his nose and unevenly over part of his eye and cheek, heightening the appearance of eyes the color of blood. A black horn sits on his forehead, gleaming in the light. His black body is dappled lightly with an even darker, richer black that can barely be seen, but the moonlight shining on his hide lets you see the markings. His feet are white and pale above the hooves, the color ending just below the knee and lending him a regal air. He thrashes his tail, also decked with thin braids of red in the black, and I realize as he stares at me with his stunning eyes that he must be a vampire as he stretches black bat wings out behind him, their webbing bearing a hint of faded dark red, as bloody as his eyes.

I hope I did that right! ^^
