CDA - We're not dead

I'm too busy to do anything with this adoptable right now, and its hard to find a balance even after so many months of trying, but I did want to tell you that despite the inactivity; CDA is still churning underground.
Its been a task, but I'm getting Willow to motivate herself to finish a trade we made 2 years ago for CDA. I'm still waiting on about 4 breeds, but we have a sketch for a new breed.

Fr time's sake, I told Willow not to worry about lining or shading; Leafy has kindly offered to do this but Leafy is also having RL issues so no telling when they'll be done.

But for now, here's the next step for CDA....

Sadly, Willow just isn't really communicating well and things aren't going quickly like they should. We will be adding one more breed to CDA, (Finished the egg and one adult, shes completing the second one and then shes done) and after that, CDA will just be a bit less than what I hoped it would be. Atleast we tried eh?

I'm getting back a few breyer horses we traded for this adoptable commission, some money, and maybe a spare adoptable set or two she's abandoned, so I'm not going to be left empty handed for the 4 sets that were never finished. I'm sorry you guys wont be able to see the awesome plans I had for this adoptable, but we will make the best with what we have. LEafy is AFK, Ive not heard from her in quite a while (She did get a job promo so maybe thats whats taking so much from her) so no telling when the bunnies and the new set will be lined and shaded, but until then, this is all I've got for an update. <3

Okay so Willow got her tablet fixed suddenly, and we now have all but one set sketched and of the sketched sets, only one still needs inking. She may template for us, but if not, we'll have to keep things at a halt until Leafy gets computer access to shade for me.

Ooh, I like. I think the size could stand to be a little bit bigger, but it's not bad as is. Just saying so (correct me if I'm wrong) because the ratties aren't all that much bigger, but the actual images are more like twice the size.

Skysong; Yeah, I tried to make them a little smaller than the ratties, and in photoshop the rat just barely covered over the betta. I can't decide if I like this size or not lol.
If enough people agree to up the size, I shall do so no prorblem. ^^

If you say so! I think the fishies just look farther away to me. But, either way, I'm fine with their current size as long as they don't get any smaller.

Looks good! I personally think the size is a bit small, they look far away and with those lines i think that detail would look better if they were a little bigger I'd say that they're about half the size of the rat, and i wouldn't say that a Betta is much smaller than an average rat, but i don't know that much about them.

I would say that, from the rats I've known and betta fish I've owned, the fish are 1/4 to 1/2 the size of the rat. Definitely not the same size.

However, this is Secundi, and you can make things whatever the heck size you want A smidgen bigger might be nice, but I wouldn't make the fishes too much bigger than the rat

I would vote bigger, but that's just because my eyes are bad and I have difficulty seeing detailing on smaller things.

As for rat sizes.. they come in a variety of sizes.  Mom used to have a pet rat that she would drape around her neck/shoulders while she walked around the house, and I grew up on stories of my grandpa's dogs being trained to hunt/kill the terrier sized rats O.O  Glad I never saw those ones lol  Pet shops around here the rats are quite small in comparison, somewhere between a guinea pig and a hamster.

The Rabbits have been touched up and inked, but waiting on templating. ^^
So are all the other breeds I'm waiting on except one. One isn't sketched or anything yet.
And the bettas would be ready to launch except the egg and fry stage havent been templated.. XD
