The first guy is already on my account I think, when will you have the rest of the premades randomized so I know if I prefer him or the other premade do you think?

And is there rules about gifting/who to gift to?  Like, do I need to try and track down who everyone has gifted to and who all already won a prize to avoid gifting to those people, or can I just gift to whoever?

You can gift to whoever even if they have something already.

I will be doing premades this week so you will be able to choose which gifts you want to keep even if its already in your account.
