Since quin stuff has died down a bit and people are less focused on that the shop will become active again :]

Also livery stables has been taken to pi, for the same reasons silv took quin there. Although I'm not crazy about selling adoptables on PI its just got a larger community to get them out there. However this comes with perks for the secundi members. If you own horses on PI you may breed them here on secundi and you may trade them here on secundi.
