Hi everyone. I know I've been super... busy/inactive here lately. Life's been... really crazy. I feel like I've not really been on much since my whole werewolf situation happened.


Yeah. Life's pretty insane. XD

Anyway, in case you don't know, my computer died over the summer. I have no computer. I borrow my sister's computer to post stuff. I have no photoshop on here. The only way I could even possibly draw with my tablet right now is if I open up DA muro or mspaint and plug in my tablet. And none of the settings are there, so it'd be pretty hard.

My gryphion files were thankfully backed up, so they should be still there if I ever have a reason to open them.
Last time I had a computer, I was in the middle of breeding season. Goddesss and I didn't finish. She's been wonderful. But I don't think we got them all done.

I know those are still owed, and I owe some customs to Leet still and I probably owe something to some other people (and it's been like 6 months, so if anyone is owed anything, please post it when I am ready to take on stuff again... I AM SO SORRY EVERYONE. I don't remember what exactly I owed everyone, so if you want it, you'll have to talk to me about it. Sorry guys. <3)


I don't have a computer still, and I don't have photoshop. So... I still can't do anything right now.



Why am I making this post?
Since it seems that I won't be getting photoshop or a computer anytime soon, I feel it is time to hire a few more people to run and color the gryphions. I always thought this adoptable would get further than it has, and I had some major plans with competitions and the trading post with the stones and stuff, but those will be put on the back burner until I am able to get things going. Sorry guys. We might be able to get something going for the stones if we can get a few more staff members for the gryphions... but obviously, first things first.


My first priority is to find some helpers.
Goddesss has been an awesome helper for Gryphions. I haven't talked to her in a while, and I don't know how busy she is.
Goddesss, just so you know, you're always welcome to help with gryphions.

I'm hiring since I know I am not able to do much at the moment. I want this adoptable to survive. I want it to be successful like it once was. I am confident that it can get back to the way it was with some work. And I'm hiring more people because other than myself (and myself is doing nothing right now), it's just goddesss. And it's not fair for me to leave my adoptable on her shoulders completely. This adoptable just isn't possible without more than one person.


What I'm looking for:
Staff who will Color, Run events, and Upload gryphions in the way that I want them to (I'll explain this when hired. I have a system, and I would like to keep it the same. It's not too difficult, I promise!)

I want someone who is a good colorist, but also someone who can run events, work well with others (both fellow staff members and customers), and is basically organized. Now, when I say organized, I don't mean write everything up in an excel spreadsheet to get stuff in order. No. I mean, you should be able to set up a thread in a smart way and know what events are going on when and etc. I am bad at explaining, I know. Sorry.




What money would you earn?
Honestly, the adoptable is not about making money. That shouldn't be why you are wanting to apply. If it's money you're after, don't bother applying. XD Because you won't make that much.
I expect you to do giveaways (so... FREE gryphs) for followers. You won't get paid for them.
You can do flatsales or raffles. Tickets and flatsales shouldn't be super expensive. Not unless it is super special and you talk to me. I'll let you price things how you want, but if it gets to be about money, I'll talk to you about it.
You can do auctions. I don't care if there are BINs on them or not. I won't restrict the BINs or anything XD So yeah, you can make whatever on those.

You get to keep all that you make unless I request otherwise.

I am owed the breeding and also a custom of Quirine (I can probably dig up the exact form I filled out if neccessary once you need it, the basic design is in my character thread of course but doesn't include beak and feather colors and things like that)

What could you bring to the Gryphions Adoptables?: I have been staff for many adoptables and run my own as well. I have a reliable internet and comp now and am able to actually spend time on them in the mornings while hubby is at work. And i work well with others
Why do you want to work with the Gryphions Adoptables?: I have missed working on a adoptable on secundi. I want to come back andbe more active in the community agian and i think this is a good way to go about that especially since i love the gryphons.
What program do you use to color?: Gimp Until i can find my photoshop discs.



When i cant work or help you ill send you a pm ahead of time. Currently i know im going to be without comp from the 22-25th. Other then that youll get a heads up if i cant be on at all for a day or 2. usually i check the website in the morning and can be on till about afternoon Eastern time

Goddesss, you can take your time. I know it's been owed a while, but it's my own fault. I don't mean to post this thread and you think that you need to work on this right now. I mean, if you want to, go ahead. But I posted this thread mostly to show that I intend to get these guys going again sometime, and if people are owed things, I intend to fulfil them once I can get the resources (... computer, photoshop) to do so.

Yeah, feel free to post things I owe to people. If you don't post it here, I'll probably have a thread later when I'm able to do these trades that I owe. XD

Oh no I know you didnt post the thread for that.  I just feel bad I havent worked on it. =)
