Order of the Frankening!
One person will fill out the next frankenstep for each hour. A person may only enter once, UNLESS an entire hour is skipped with no entry. Then everyone will be allowed to post one additional time. This will not count as an extra "ticket" for the raffle and their name will be put in the draw only one time.
