Yes, this seems like a stupid question  but what exactly do you do with them? How do you know if you find and item? Thanks everyone!

You start an adventure  by picking an agency and then picking a place. If you click the arrows, you'll go place to plae searchi ng fot items.

If you see an item, you'll see the image along with bolded text at the top of the page. Then you click if you want it or not.
