Need a good shader for one piece.

I purchased some line art from .:|CutiePie|:. on PI.  I need a good shader to get it shaded for me.

I actually have more then one piece, but only one piece I need done for this set.  So I'm starting with that, if you are interested in doing more then this one, we can discuss that as well.

But for now, here are the two pieces I bought from Cutie.  The child is just line art.  The adult is  fully shaded and templated.  I'm looking to get the child done the same way.

So, here is the child Piece that I need shaded..


Please do not just go straight and shade this.  Please discuss it with me first as we need to discuss fee's, as well as I need to explain how I want it.  (I'll need you to be able to work in layers, as I don't want it all on one layer)

And here is the adult, already shaded, highlighted etc. So you can see aprox what I am aiming for..



I'll consider a variety of payments, though if you want secunds, we'll need to try and find out what the equivalant value is for secunds/usd/pg.

Please post atleast an estimate of a price range you'd be looking for, and examples would also be nice.

Just a note.. I do still play PI, so if you want paid in PI stuff (PG, Scrolls, AOOCS) I can do that.  USD is also an option, as is adopty stuff (I still have some Kennel tags left unused! Also, a lot of baubles for the air fish (Though I don't know if those are tradeable or not)).

Secunds are also a possibility, especially with my dogs winning funds from comps now.  But again, we need to figure out what the conversion rate is first.

Also.. This is going to be for SGA (My adopty shop) but I'm posting from here because this is what everyone knows me as the most.

Ah nuts if it wasnt cell shading you were looking for Id do it.

Honestly, I don;t know the differance between differant types of shading.  And itisn't relaly the type of shading I am after, honestly.  But more quality, and how the layers are set up.

For instance on the adult there, the body shading is on a seperate layer form the wings.  And the wings shading has two seperate layers (I believe one is highlights).

The eyes, have two seperate layers as well, one for the dark pupil? of the eye, and another for HL's.  (And I'm not even talking about the part of the eye that is meant to be white, thats another layer entirely lol

But anyway, no, it doesn;t have to be cell shaded.  I like as not wouldn;t know the differance anyway

Well if you want the pup to look like the adult, I'd suggest you get cell shading like the adult is. Otherwise they're going to look quite odd next to each other. lol.

(See how each different area is distinctly separate by a crisp line? There's no blending, it looks almost like a cartoon)

Oh!  Thank you Ryuu, yes I do see the differance. 

Hmm well, if someone wnats to cell shade it, then ok.  If someone wnats to shade it (not cell) then maybe they could "soften?" the adults shading as well?

Or maybe I can try.. would the smudge/blur tools work for that, or would it need completely new shading?
