Changing Ownership of a Site Agency

If a site agency gets a new owner, then in order for the owner to retain access to the site admin, to use site functions, they must have been a Secundi member for at least 6 months and have made 30 posts, and they must post their agreement to the Site Agency TOS.

If the new owner has not met that criteria, then any pets from the agency currently on Secundi will remain there, but the shop will lose access to the Agency Admin until such time as the criteria are met.

If a Site Agency is changing owners, the following form must be posted by the old owner:

New Agency owner:

By applying for site agency, the shop agrees that Secundi may host pet images from your shop as site agency pets, and that said images are allowed to continue being hosted by Secundi as site pets for as long as Secundi exists.  You agree to only upload to Secundi images that you legally hold the right to use as adoptable images.  You agree fulfill or fully refund all adoptable transactions for your shop, especially in cases where orders involve real world currency.  You agree that you are responsible for your shop's transactions and that Secundi will not be held liable for them.

I hope this does not apply to making an account specifically just for running agencies? It seems like it's referring only to when you're switching to a completely different, but I just want to double check and make sure.

No, it only applies to when a shop is sold or traded to a completely new owner.  What matters is the person running the shop, not what account they do it from.
