Spending sg on adoptie stuff (Kennel/cattery, Stable, gene pool, Okibi)

I have some sg's I'm interested in getting rid of.  I'd be interested in the following adopties..

The Kennel (dogs only, I have plenty of items)
The Cattery (none atm, as I have tags, but maybe later)
The Stable (Horses (lights preferred but not required) tags and foaling paddocks)
Gene Pool (none now (need to let gene pool get things done and get a break first) but possibly later)
Okibi Caballi (fox fires)

Important! 

For most of this stuff, I have no clue what amount of sg is a fair offer.  So please, when you post, also post some kind of a "starting" price.  We can always haggle after that if there is a need.

If you post something and I do not jump on it, please do not be offended, it doesn't mean I hate it, but that I have other priorities at the time.  Trust me, if I absolutely am NOT interested at all in something, I'll let you know.
