Item/Badge artist needed

So I have been trying to make a badge of sorts, and failing miserably.  So now I'm turning to you lovely artistic folk in search of help.  This needs to be small, so pixel work would be acceptable here.  I'm looking for something small enough to place on the agency info box of critters, to denote them as having been trained for Search and rescue.

I was trying to do a combined image of a magnifying glass (representative of searching, if you think of Sherlock Holmes lol) and a Plus sign (representative of medical help/aid, like on the first aid kits).  I'm not the most creative person, and am open to alternative ideas if you have them.  Just keep in mind it can;t be too overly detailed, as it must be kept quite small in size.  This badge would be placed in the agency info box, in the upper left corner.

When I think of Search and Rescue, I think of big dogs with barrel collars.  But that doesn't really work so well as a badge here lol  The magnifying glass/first aid symbol combined was the only other thing I could think of without using actual logo's or real Search and rescue groups, which I obviously don't wish to do.

I can offer SG (say 100k or so), premades (any premades from this account excluding #400 and any named SaR). 

I'm open to discussion if you feel it is worth more sg or such, just let me now what you have in mind.
