Cert making anyone? Real simple.

I have a very high quality equine adoptable that I need a cert for. It would need to be in the similar style to registration certificates for horses with that business professional kind of feel. I want it to feel like that is what you are seeing. Here is a rough sketch that would obviously need to be improved upon:


I would want the red circle replaced with the most complicated part of the piece - an official 'seal' with the adoptable name 'certifying' the breed. If you are interested please post or PM example and prices.

Do you want the cert itself to look like paper/a scroll or just be flat?

Just flat. With the feel and appearance of one of those professional horse registration papers.
