Unfillfuled Trade..

Alright, firstly, I understand if nothing can be done, as I'm an idiot and never saved the messages.

Whimsy and I had set up a trade, an assortment of her adoptables, in trade for 16-18 total Spongequine Customs/Semi customs. I DID get most of the adoptables we barganed for. But every adoptable we had agreed on that was comming from her Feline.Fanciers.Club that I'd bid on, has not been accepted. This trade occured approximately 2-4 months ago. I have sent multiple messages to her about it, as I am NOT happy that I worked hard on customs for her and I'm not getting my full payment. She still has not accepted the bids, they've been sitting there on her account this whole time. She has ignored my messages, and not logged on in quite some time now. I uderstand if I can't get the adoptables somehow that were owed to me, due to my failure to save the trade messages and such, but if there's anything someone can do to help me, it would be much appreciated.

I copy and pasted the bids left that I've been waiting for her to accept:

The date on there states September 10th, and I bid right around when we agreed on a trade, so this is on the date or around the time the trade was made.

I'm not sure what to do about this, so I figured with some luck, Something could be done here.
What i would love the most is if a MOD could work around the account to accept my bids. All I'm asking for is the adoptables that were supposed to go to me. If you could somehow read the messages from her account, that would work too as I'm sure she hasnt deleted them.
If nothing can be done, I guess I'll move on and get over it, I just hate to have all the work I've done be wasted by her ignorance to my messages.

Edit: Also, I just checked her last log in dates. On the Feline.Fanciers.Club account, she last looged in on September 16th. On her Whimsy account, she last logged in October 5th. So she couldn't have just not logged on. She logged on, and ignored my bids.

Sorry for the extreme delay in anyone getting back to you about this!  I know I have been super busy in RL lately, and not checking in as often as I like, and I suspect it is the same with everyone else

I will look into things for you.  It is possible however, that she has logged in to check the forums, but not actually checked her pet pages - I know I always check those first when I get on, but other people may do it differently.  That does not really excuse or explain the lack of response to PMs, of course, but it is a thought.

Do you have proof of the things you sent her?   I don't doubt that you sent your half of the trade, but having it posted would make it easier to ensure that no one can dispute it later.  Did the trade originate in PMs?  Or was it originally an offer in a thread somewhere that was then finalized in PMs?

Its alright, alot of people have been really busy.
I know we discussed some in pms, that idonthave, but i may be able to find a thread that had some proof,or on the adoptable account Jellythunda and i share. I'll check tomorrow and let you know if I find anything. Thank you so much for responding!

This thread is where the trade origionated. It's not as exact as you may like, but theres the basic trade. <3 I sold 16 custom Spongequines to her total. 4 were full customs, 12 were semis. All of those can be found in the directory for spongequines, which I can link you to if you need it.
I checked the spongequines account and I have no records there of pms exchanged so its pretty much all in that thread, minus the pms I (stupidly) deleted.

Looking through the thread, it seems pretty clear that she accepted your trade; if you could post the link for the spongequines, so there is definite proof of them being made, that would be perfect - I will check back over the weekend to see, since I finally have a few days off!

(I am guessing most of the PMs were just the forms stating what she wanted for each, since the basic agreement was in the thread itself?)

Yes, Whimsy received her end of the trade! The two stable horses we traded for are in her account, and I don't have the Kennel dogs ^^;

I also didn't get my traded completed. I traded her 8 dogs, she completed the trade for 5 but not for the last three. I would like for the last three to be returned. (Kanaye, Akira, Sleet)

Thats odd.. Three on your list are three she never srnt to me. Seems like she scammed alot of people. I traded customs for Suki, Hitoshi, and Flye... 0_o

I just want to get this figured out, I'm not sure how it came out the way it did, or why I double traded any dogs for other dogs? I'm going to attempt to bring back the FFC. I had alot on my plate last year (divorce, 2 year old, failing health x10 & then some). I had logged on a couple times to check things and must've forgotten to jump to this account and accept bids. I do apologize but I'd still like to get this all figured out.
