Bunraku's Teahouse

[Bunraku]

A quaint Japanese teahouse sits on the edge of a plain dirt road, surrounded by ginko trees whose low hanging branches half conceal the rugged building from view, whispering softly as the wind stirs them to life. It is well worn, as if many travelers have stopped by here to rest, but well loved. An old woman in a priestess' garb sweeps the front steps, and she smiles at you as you approach. There is an air about the woman as though she is not wholly real, as if she is half in this world, and half in another. Perhaps because her nut brown eyes can see further than most.

"Welcome to my ladies home." She says, with a glitter in her eye. "All manner of creatures are welcome here, human and no. What are you?" She smiles warmly although you do not answer the question, and extends her hand to you, bidding you welcome. "Come, see the creatures my lady harbors within these walls. Perhaps you will feel more at home yourself if you come to know those that she loves best."
